Abstract


Karakteristik genetik induk rajungan yang disampling dari beberapa perairan Cilacap (Jawa Tengah), Situbondo (Jawa Timur), Jembrana (Bali), dan P Saugi (Sulawesi Selatan) telah diteliti dengan menggunakan metode RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) mitochondria- DNA (mt-DNA).
