Perbandingan Analisa Usaha Industri Budidaya Udang Tambak Intensif

Abstract


Vanamei shrimp is one of the leading aquaculture commodities with high economic value and great potential. Often in shrimp farming, the amount of Production is large, but after calculating it economically, losses arise. This research aims to determine the technology application, feasibility study, and production cost per kg. The research method is a survey and apprenticeship pattern. Data were analysed using formulas, tabulations, and graphs. The activities' location at the Company is DP Bengkulu; GU Central Java, MS Pandeglang Banten, and IPKLP Serang Banten, BBM Bangka Belitung. The research was conducted on March 7 – November 20, 2022. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that investment costs, fixed costs, and variable costs. The most significant loss was $31,074. The biggest profit is $ 449,056. The range of the R/C ratio is 1,09 – 2.05, the payback period of 3 months - 15 months, BEP units range from 2,449 kg – 11,685 kg, and BEP prices are $10,517 – $53,963. The price per kg of shrimp is $2,246 – $6,106. Losses caused by diseases that infect shrimp aged 40 - 70 days
