Prioritas Pengelolaan Taman Wisata Alam Pulau Pombo Terhadap Keberlanjutan Ekosistem Terumbu Karang
Abstract
Title: Priority Management of Pombo Island Natural Tourism Park on the Sustainability of Coral Reef Ecosystems
The determination of priority scales in management has a crucial role as a guideline for area managers in optimizing the management of Pombo Island Natural Tourism Parks. This study aims to analyze the management priorities of the Pombo Island Nature Tourism Park area for the sustainability of coral reef ecosystems using the Analytic Network Process method. Problems and solutions in determining management priorities are categorized into four main clusters, namely: ecological, economic, social, and institutional. Each cluster consists of sub-clusters that are compiled based on the results of interviews with experts and stakeholders, using the purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis showed that the main priority problem of management was the ecological cluster with a normalized value of 0.3659, the Kendall's value (W) was W = 0.904, which means that 90.4% of respondents agreed that the priority of the management problem was the ecological cluster, while the priority of the solution of each cluster showed the cluster Ecology is the top priority with a normalized value of 0.3606, Kendall's value (W) is W=1, which means that 100% of respondents agree that the most relevant main focus in overcoming the management of the Pombo Island Nature Tourism Park for the sustainability of coral reef ecosystems is the cluster priority ecology. Management priorities by considering ecological, economic, social and institutional aspects that can be carried out through: (i) coral reef ecosystem rehabilitation; (ii) improve infrastructure to support regional management; (iii) conservation education programs; and (iv) procurement of supporting equipment for surveillance facilities.
