Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah mengubah iklim dunia sebagaimana transformasi generasi pertama melahirkan sejarah ketika tenaga manusia dan hewan digantikan oleh kemunculan mesin. Revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan kemajuan teknologi yang mengintegrasikan dunia fisik, digital, dan biologis, sehingga dapat merubah dalam semua lini kehidupan. Big data membawa pengaruh besar dalam dunia perpustakaan dalam aspek layanan.

The development of science and technology has changed the world’s climate as the transformation of the first generation gave birth to history when the appearance of machines replaced human and animal power. The industrial revolution 4.0 is a technological advance that integrates the physical, digital and biological world, so that it can change in all lines of life. Big data brings a big influence in the library world in service aspects.
