ADAPTASI KOMPETENSI PARA ARSIPARIS DEPO ARSIP PROVINSI BANTEN PADA ERA PERKEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI DAN INFORMASI

Era perkembangan teknologi dan informasi sudah merambah ke berbagai macam aspek kehidupan salah satunya lembaga kearsipan seperti Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten. Banyak terobosan baru serta penambahan peran teknologi ke dalam dunia kearsipan yang membuat para arsiparis Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten harus dengan segala macam usaha untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya agar dapat beradaptasi dengan keadaan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai macam kegiatan kearsipan serta fasilitas di Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten sudah banyak melibatkan peran teknologi di dalamnya dan para arsiparis pun dibekali untuk selalu mengembangkan kompetensinya dalam menghadapi perubahan ini dengan berbagai macam pendidikan dan pelatihan

The era of technology and information development has penetrated into various aspects of life, one of which is archival institutions such as Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten. There are many new breakthroughs and the addition of the role of technology into the world of archives, which makes the archivists Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten with all kinds of efforts to improve their competence in order to adapt to this situation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews and literature review. The results of the study show that various archival activities and facilities at Depo Arsip Provinsi Banten have involved the role of technology in it and archivists are also equipped to always develop their competence in dealing with these changes with various kinds of education and training.
