EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN SITUS WEB (WEBSITE) PUSAT RISET PERIKANAN TAHUN 2021

ABSTRAK .

Pusat Riset Perikanan memiliki situs web yang bisa diakses melalui alamat https://kkp.go.id/ brsdm/pusriskan. Untuk menjaga kualitas serta mengukur pengelolaan situs web Pusat Riset Perikanan, perlu dilakukan evaluasi yang hasilnya dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan rekomendasi untuk pengelolaan situs web di masa mendatang. Evaluasi situs web Pusat Riset Perikanan dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif terhadap data/informasi yang diunggah di situs web Pusat Riset Perikanan pada tahun 2021 dan menganalisis deskripsi fungsional portal web.. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap data/informasi yang diunggah, diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 92 data/informasi yang diunggah dalam situs web Pusat Riset Perikanan pada tahun 2021. Data/ informasi yang diunggah tersebut terdiri dari berita sebanyak 46 buah, halaman sebanyak 4 buah, agenda sebanyak 17 buah, artikel sebanyak 3 buah, foto sebanyak 8 buah, infografis sebanyak 7 buah, dan video sebanyak 7 buah. Sementara itu, berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskripsi fungsional, diperoleh hasil bahwa deskripsi fungsi pengelolaan profil organisasi, diseminasi informasi, diseminasi kegiatan, diseminasi aturan, pelaporan pengaduan publik, dan FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) telah terdapat pada situs web Pusat Riset Perikanan. Sedangkan fitur/menu survei belum terdapat pada situs web Pusat Riset Perikanan. 

ABSTRACT

Internet technology has developed rapidly. The rapid development of the internet has caused the website to become one of the media that is often accessed and used by the public. The Fisheries Research Center has a website that can be accessed at https://kkp.go.id/brsdm/pusriskan. In order to maintain the quality and measure the management of the Fisheries Research Center website, it is necessary to evaluate, the results of which can be used as recommendations for the management of the website in the future. The evaluation of the Fisheries Research Center website is carried out by conducting a descriptive analysis of the data/information uploaded on the Fisheries Research Center website in 2021 as well as an analysis of the functional description of the web portal. Based on an analysis of the uploaded data/information, it was found that there were 92 data/ information uploaded on the website in 2021. The uploaded data/information consisted of 46 news items, 4 pages, 17 agendas. fruit, 3 articles, 8 photos, 7 infographics, and 7 videos. Meanwhile, based on an evaluation conducted using functional description analysis, it was found that the description of the functions of managing organizational profiles, information dissemination, activity dissemination, regulation dissemination, public complaint reporting, and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) are available on the Fisheries Research Center website. Meanwhile, the survey feature/ menu is not yet available on the Fisheries Research Center website.
