Analisis Efektivitas Alat Tangkap Atraktor Cumi Sebagai Alat Bantu Penangkapan Ramah Lingkungan di Perairan Indonesia

Abstract


Atraktor cumi-cumi merupakan inovasi teknologi tepat guna dalam pengelolaan perikanan tangkap yang bertujuan meningkatkan stok, pemanfaatan, dan keberlanjutan sumber daya cumi-cumi di perairan Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas atraktor cumi dalam meningkatkan hasil tangkapan, fungsi ekologisnya sebagai habitat buatan, serta dampak sosial-ekonominya terhadap nelayan pesisir. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dan eksperimen lapangan dengan perbandingan antara penggunaan atraktor dan metode konvensional. Data diperoleh melalui observasi hasil tangkapan, wawancara nelayan, serta analisis teknis terhadap efisiensi alat tangkap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan atraktor cumi mampu meningkatkan volume tangkapan, memperluas area agregasi cumi-cumi, serta berperan penting sebagai substrat pemijahan dan tempat berlindung biota laut lainnya. Aplikasi teknologi ini dinilai efektif, ekonomis, dan mudah diadaptasi oleh nelayan skala kecil, sekaligus mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya laut yang berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi penelitian diarahkan pada optimalisasi desain alat, penentuan lokasi pemasangan yang strategis, serta integrasi program atraktor dengan pengelolaan kawasan konservasi berbasis masyarakat.
