Jurnal Kebijakan Sosial Ekonomi Kelautan dan Perikanan, formerly Jurnal Kebijakan dan Riset Sosial Ekonomi Kelautan dan Perikanan, founded in 2011. The journal is a scientific journal published twice a year (June and December) by the Research Center for Marine and Fisheries Socio-Economic, with the aim of disseminating scientific writings in the field of marine and fisheries socio-economic affairs. The published articles are expected to provide input for business actors and policy makers in the marine and fisheries sector, especially from the socio-economic side.
Jurnal Kebijakan Sosial Ekonomi Kelautan dan Perikanan has been accredited Second Grade “SINTA 2” from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education/National Agency for Research and Innovation, Republic of Indonesia (No. 200/M/KPT/2020) since April 4, 2020.
Since 2015, Jurnal Kebijakan Sosial Ekonomi Kelautan dan Perikanan has been published using Online Journal System (OJS). All published articles can be accessed on the journal website, http://ejournal-balitbang.kkp.go.id/index.php/jkse. Articles are also indexed and preserved in the following networks.
