Total Amonia dan Keberadaan Bakteri Vibrio Koloni Kuning dan Hijau Pada Hatchery di Pesisir Kalianda Lampung Selatan

Abstract


Pesisir Kalianda banyak dimanfaatkan untuk usaha pembenihan udang vaname. Hatchery-hatchery ini memanfaatkan sumber air dari Pesisir Kalianda dalam kegiatan pembenihan. Kualitas air yang baik menjadi persyaratan penting bagi keberhasilan usaha pembenihan udang vaname. Keberadaan bakteri vibrio menjadi potensi ancaman bagi keberhasilan usaha pembenihan udang vaname. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis  hubungan antara amonia dengan bakteri Vibrio sp koloni kuning dan hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari tiga hatchery udang vaname yang berada di Pantai Pesisir Kalianda, Lampung Selatan. Pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk  menganalisis  pola  hubungan  amonia dengan total bakteri Vibrio sp koloni hijau dan kuning. Secara statistik dilakukan analisis korelasi antara amonia dengan total bakteri Vibrio sp koloni hijau dan kuning menggunakan rumus Pearson dengan software Microsoft Excel. Hubungan antara amonia dengan total vibrio koloni kuning di ketiga hatchery memperoleh, nilai regresi yaitu Y = -148737x + 47474 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,977 dan nilai koefisien korelasi negatif (r) sebesar -0,9885. Hubungan antara amonia dengan total vibrio koloni hijau di ketiga hatchery memperoleh nilai regresi yaitu Y = 129149x – 28292 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,8506, nilai koefisien korelasi positif (r) sebesar  nilai koefisien korelasi negatif (r) sebesar 0,9222. Tingginya amonia di air bagi kegiatan pembenihan udang vaname dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih udang, karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya untuk menurunkan kandungan amonia dengan menerapkan manajemen kualitas air yang baik dengan beragam metode diantaranya dengan menambahkan DO dan melakukan fitoremediasi.
